The ICGWG efforts to sequence, assemble, and annotate crocodilian genomes are underway and we expect to generate a number of group publications describing the assembly and analysis of crocodilian genomes. Many members of the group have been working on related projects for some time and examples of those individual lab papers are also provided below.

As the ICGWG effort progresses, we will continue to post information about both group publications and closely related publications by individual lab groups.

Members of the group are currently preparing several papers describing the results of the crocodialian genome project. The first manuscript is an announcement of the project and preliminary description of the alligator and crocodile genomes:
